Please Note:

• All reservations are considered only during office hours which are Monday through Friday 8 AM until 5 PM.
• No reservations are confirmed until you receive confirmation.
• Reservations are released 12 minutes after a scheduled reservation time if guest has not yet arrived.
• Reservations may not be increased by more than 2 guests and require manager approval.
• Please provide 24-hour advance notice on all reservations.
• We will respond to your reservation request within 48 hours. If not, do not hesitate to call us at (210) 223-5587.
• For the 1836 Room and Pancho Villa & Santa Anna Room, a specific guest count is required no later than 48 hours prior to the reservation, which is considered a guarantee, not subject to change or reduction.
